KASIKTOOLS

1910 – The company for the production of machine tools, Volman, was founded.

1930 – Production of tools for gear manufacturing began. At this time, the father of the founder of KASIKTOOLS s.r.o. worked as the production manager at Volman.

1940 – Rapid development of the company. The factory area expanded from the original 600 m² to 50,000 m². The number of employees increased from 10 to 3,000.

1945 – The Volman company was nationalized and later renamed TOS Čelákovice by the communists. The period of planned economy began, and the production of hobbing cutters and shaping disc knives of a certain size in large series was assigned. They were produced for the entire Comecon.

1965 – Mr. Jiří Kasík, the future founder of KASIKTOOLS s.r.o., started working at TOS Čelákovice. Although he never joined the Communist Party, he worked his way up to head of final inspection.

1996 – TOS Čelákovice ceased tool production. As Mr. Kasík disagreed with the results of the voucher privatization in the company, he left TOS Čelákovice and started his own business in the production of tools for gear manufacturing. He closely collaborated with CZ TECH s.r.o. in their production.

2007 – After a sharp increase in customer demands and the gradual employment of additional collaborators, Mr. Kasík founded KASIKTOOLS s.r.o.

2017 – Opening of a new production facility, converted from an agricultural building in the village of Všejany in the Mladá Boleslav region. Relocation of production from rented premises.

Currently, we focus on continuously improving the quality and speed of tool production. We are constantly expanding the possibilities of further cooperation within collaborations for our customers.
